Shipping and delivery

Order before 22:00 and have your order dispatched on the same day!

All orders received before 22:00 will be shipped the same day if they are in stock. Are your contact lenses currently not in stock? We will order them for you from our supplier right away, your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of €49 and up. If your order is under €49 the shipping costs in the Netherlands are €2.99, for Belgium this is €4.99. Want to see our international rates? Have a look on our international page on Sightful (EU).

Delivery

Our shipments are usually sent in boxes designed to fit through your mailbox. So there is no need to be home to receive your package. Note: If the products you ordered do not fit through the mailbox, your order will be sent by parcel post. All orders get a Track & Trace code, so you can keep track of it.

Order status

After placing your order you can check on its status in My account. We will send you an email as soon as the Track & Trace code is available for your order.
